	CA. Sujal Shah (Partner)
	Education : B. Com., F.C.A.
	Other : Sujal was President of The Chamber of Tax consultants for the year 2010 - 11. Sujal is also on board of various reputed listed and unlisted companies as an Independent Director. Sujal Shah is a practicing Chartered Accountant having an overall post qualification experience of about 23 years. Sujal is founder partner of SSPA & Co., Chartered Accountants, Mumbai and is involved in Corporate Consultancy practice of the firm. Before that Sujal was with N. M. Raiji & Co. for about 12 years (8 years as partner) and with M/s Dalal & Shah for about 2 years as partner.
Sujal's main areas of practice are Valuation for Mergers & Acquisitions, advising on Restructuring of business, conducting financial due-diligence, and general corporate advisory. Sujal has been associated with several large Corporate Mergers; Sujal has authored several papers on subjects of Valuations and Restructuring for WIRC and BCAS. Sujal is the contributor to the Referencer published by the Bombay Chartered Accountants Society and WIRC of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. Sujal is a regular speaker at various forums including the Institute of Chartered accountants, Institute of Company Secretaries, Symbiosis, Pune on various subject including, Mergers & Acquisitions, Valuations, Due Diligence Review, etc.

	Parag Ved is a practicing Chartered Accountant having an overall post qualification experience of more than 18 years. Parag is founder partner of SSPA & Co., Chartered Accountants, Mumbai and is involved in Corporate Consultancy practice of the firm. Before that Parag was with N. M. Raiji & Co. for about 9 years and with M/s Dalal & Shah for about 2 years as partner.
Parag's main areas of practice are Valuation for Mergers & Acquisitions, advising on Restructuring of business, conducting financial due-diligence, and general corporate advisory. 	Bhakti Shah is Chartered Accountant with a post qualification experience of more than 15 years. Bhakti is Partner at SSPA and is involved in Corporate Consultancy practice of the firm. Prior to joining SSPA, she has worked with PricewaterhouseCoopers and N. M. Raiji & Co. Bhakti specializes in valuations for mergers & acquisitions and advising on tax and regulatory issues relating to corporate restructuring.

	CA. Vitang Shah (Senior Manager)
	Education : M.Com, A.C.A
	Vitang Shah is a Chartered Accountant having post qualification experience of more than 6 years. Prior to joining SSPA, Vitang has worked with J P Morgan India Private Limited. Vitang has also cleared all levels of Chartered Financial Analyst (C.F.A.) course offered by the CFA Institute, USA. Vitang specialises in valuation for Mergers & Acquisitions, advising on restructuring of business, conducting financial due-diligence and general corporate advisory.


	CA. Sagar Mehta (Senior Manager)
	Education : M.Com, A.C.A
	Sagar Mehta is a Chartered Accountant having post qualification experience of more than 6 years. He is also pursuing Chartered Financial Analyst (C.F.A.) course offered by the CFA Institute, USA. Sagar handles assignments in the areas of valuation for Mergers & Acquisitions, Business Valuations & Intangible Assets, conducting financial due-diligence and advising on restructuring of business.
